PROGRAM OVERVIEW FOR LIFE Marriage Design is an inclusive marriage preparation experience welcoming couples of all creeds - Humanist, Spiritual, Interfaith, and Religious. Grounded in social and behavioral science and guided by a love-centered philosophy, this program helps couples intentionally design their marriage as both a sacred partnership and a practical life collaboration. Marital success happens with intention – not chance. With love at the center of every decision, couples learn how to build their lives with clarity, communication, and shared vision. All sessions are conducted virtually for ease and accessibility. CORE PHILOSOPHY Marriage is both a love relationship and a shared life system. This program blends: • Social & Behavioral Science • Relationship Education • Life Design & Strategic Planning • Structured Facilitation WHAT COUPLES LEARN & EXPLORE Participants will: • Learn how to give and receive love intentionally • Identify attachment styles and emotional needs • Align personal goals with shared vision • Communicate expectations across the Core Facets of Life • Develop conflict resolution and repair strategies • Align foundational decisions including: health, finances, relationships, career & more. • Conduct a Relationship SWOT Analysis • Clarify expectations and perceived “return on investment” of marriage • Define deal breakers and boundaries • Create a practical Marriage Growth Action Plan PROGRAM STRUCTURE All sessions are virtual. • Express Program: 4 Sessions × 90 Minutes = 6 Hours • Standard Program: 6 Sessions × 60 Minutes = 6 Hours Program Completion: 2 – 12 weeks with twice weekly, weekly, or biweekly scheduling.
